What are the symptoms to look out for?
To feel persistent fatigue is very unpleasant. But what is the cause?
Sometimes the person simply does not get enough hours of sleep. But if she has a relatively healthy lifestyle, the problem is often on the side of sleep disorders.
Here are some symptoms to look out for. Which interfere with your daily activities? If you are experiencing any of these situations (or several!) , an at-home sleep test may be appropriate for you.
Process
Get back to restful nights thanks to our quick and easy process. Book an appointment today to start your assessment.
01
File opening
We start with a 15 minute phone call. We then take the time to fully understand your concerns and answer your questions. This first step allows us to quickly schedule your test, usually with an appointment in less than two weeks.
02
Home test
Your sleep settings are recorded overnight with a suitable device that is easy to use and non-intrusive.
03
Analysis of the results and recommendations of a pulmonologist
The medical team analyzes your data in depth. Then, a pulmonologist reviews the results and identifies potential disorders. You receive some results and personalized recommendations less than 10 days after the test.
04
Treatment plan
During a 30-minute telephone consultation, a respiratory therapist will present you with the treatment options that are best suited to your situation. You can then ask any questions you need to fully understand. So you can confidently choose the best solution for you.
05
Treatment
As little as 3 or 4 weeks after your first call, you could already start your treatment. Your device will then be adjusted for you remotely, without you having to do anything, according to your sleep cycles. A respiratory therapist will ensure that your blood oxygen levels are normal after the treatment is adjusted.
This process is designed to be fast, efficient, and focused on your needs. You benefit from comprehensive support at each stage.
The intended result: more energy, less fatigue, fewer health problems.
