Schedule and Work Location:
- 506 Rue Carillon, Mont-Laurier
- 35 hours/week
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Understand and anticipate client needs, and ensure annual follow-up on their sleep health
- Recommend and explain tailored solutions (devices, masks, accessories)
- Provide guidance on best practices and educate patients on sleep apnea and other sleep disorders
- Provide technical support: equipment setup, fitting, maintenance, and follow-up
- Advise patients, propose solutions suited to their needs, and direct them to appropriate protocols
- Assist clients and answer questions related to financing programs and insurance coverage
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in an advisory or customer service role
Assets and Qualities We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
- Bilingualism (an asset)
- Strong listening skills, courtesy, efficiency, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a team-oriented mindset
